Christian Education – This ministry focuses on the continued Christian Education of our congregation. It’s main function is on Sunday mornings with a Sunday School that features classes for every age and interest. From nursery school to adult classes there is something for everyone. Vacation Bible School is held for one week in July – holding morning and evening classes.

Youth Ministries – Greater Christ Temple Church is a very youth oriented church. As a result, there are several programs geared toward the youth of our assembly. Youth Services are held on 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings at 5:30pm and our pastor has designated the 5th Sunday – which occurs four times a year – as Youth Sunday. Our youth programs also include Children’s Church, Teen Bible Study, 3rd Sunday Youth Programs – Young Men’s Society, Young Women’s Society, Gospel Kid’s Club. One of the biggest events on the Youth calendar is our Annual Youth Jubilee. Founded in 1964 by our Pastor, this event week of services, held in mid-August, is filled with dynamic preaching and soul-stirring singing – it’s an event you don’t want to miss.

Women’s Ministry – Focusing on the unique needs of women, the Greater Christ Temple Church Women’s ministry has been a vital part of Greater Christ Temple Church since it was founded in 1959. The Women’s Ministry meets each 3rd Sunday and celebrates Women’s Day on the 3rd Sunday in September. A special weekend of services convenes that same weekend the features great women speakers from throughout the Pacific Northwest and throughout the United States.

Men’s Ministry – The men of Greater Christ Temple Church have been called upon to a stabilizing force in this ministry. From the daily upkeep of the church to major construction projects, the men have been asked to provide their skills and expertise on the regular basis. The Men’s Ministry meets on 3rd Sundays at 4:30 PM and celebrates Men’s Day on the 3rd Sunday in June, which is also Father’s Day.

Usher Board – “I’d rather be a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord…” is the motto of our Usher Board. This group of dedicated men and women are ready to serve the needs of all those who visit Greater Christ Temple Church. The 3rd Sunday in October is set aside as a special day to recognize and appreciate those whom so willingly serve.

Senior Citizen’s Ministry – The jewels of this assembly are our senior members. Some have been members of Greater Christ Temple Church for several decades and we have great admiration for them. We honor our senior member on the 2nd Sunday in September. Sr. Citizen’s Day is day we appreciate our past while embracing the future.

You are certain to be inspired and moved by these wonderful singing groups that are featured during our Sunday Morning services and other events on our calendar.
